I help women to feel confident and strong in their bodies and maintain their wellness through life’s stages. I offer online fitness training programs designed specifically for your goals, the equipment and location you have available for training, and your unique interests and values. I specialize in corrective exercise, women's fitness, and pre and post natal. I utilize resistance training, pilates elements, corrective exercise, strength training, free weights, balance and stabilization, TRX, Animal Flow, and increased strength within mobility within my programming. We will choose the modalities that suit your goals and training environment best. Each of my fitness programs is tailored to the unique individual that I am working with. My goal is to help you to live your healthiest, happiest, most sustainable life.
Professionally tailored to you
Programed Workout Plans
Designed specifically for the space and tools that you have available. List of suggested tools for your goals will also be provided to you. Based on your goals, we will establish your workout schedule and intensity. You will receive weekly personalized workouts that progress towards your goals throughout the program.
Initial Intake Assessment
Hour long video one on one session. This includes diving deeper into your goals and values. Going through a fitness readiness questionnaire. A postural and potential movement compensations assessment. And a short total body workout. This gives me the chance to see your body in motion and best design programming for you. And gives you the chance to get a sense of what it is like to work with me.
Weekly Check In
Check in to answer any questions, go over progress, exchange feedback, and prepare for the next week.
Research and Evidence Based
My workout programing and fitness and wellness plan development are created based on education and continual research.
Text and email coaching during designated times for any questions, tips, and concerns. This can range from workout reminders, to nutrition check ins, to motivation support, to workout exercise questions, to wellness tips.
Option to add Virtual Training Sessions
The program includes one virtual training session followed by programed workouts, text support, and weekly check ins. Additional one on one virtual personal training sessions can be added to the package.

Designed specifically to you, video submissions for form and questions, support messaging and check ins through my easy access app.

Realistic small actions and steps. Reminders and accountability check ins. Designed based on your goals, interests, and values. Nutrition and wellness habits that fit into your day to day and lifestyle.
Detailed action plan based on your goals and intake process. Simple lead through and tracked workouts. Extensive video and explanation library for all workouts.
