Movement Moment No. 1

I found myself looking for ways to connect to my artistic being, to continue to cultivate my work in a new life stage. As I explored options to share and cultivate my creative work, I began building the idea for a weekly movement exploration video. Crafting moments of play and exploration. This is the first video of my Movement Moments Project.
