Fitness and Wellness
I bring a holistic approach to my fitness and wellness training and teaching. As a dancer, I have a somatic connection to the body in motion, I am fascinated by the connectivity of the muscles, bones, joints, ligaments. In my teaching and training, you will hear me talk about the active muscles, the way they connect and interact, how our body responds to the way we move throughout our day, how we can best help our bodies to find their most efficient movement pathway. I love helping my clients to live their best whole body wellness lives.
